TAEONA
No request code was supplied. If you asked Facebook or Instagram to delete your TAEONA data, follow the link they gave you — it carries the code. What a deletion request does either way is below.
When Facebook or Instagram sends us a deletion request, or when you press
Disconnect in the app, we delete that installation: the stored access token, the
account handle and id, the pages, channels, boards or locations it offered, and anything
synced from it. The older copy of a Meta token, written to the connections table
the previous publisher read, goes with it. Any post still queued for that account is cancelled
at the same time, so nothing goes out afterwards.
What is not deleted is the rest of the workspace — the brand kit, the product catalogue, the generated content and the calendar. Removing a connected account is not a request to erase the work.
Use Delete account in the app. It removes your user record and every workspace where you are the only member, including the generated images and video. A small number of records are kept on purpose, and they are listed under “How long we keep it” in the privacy policy — the main ones are the feedback you sent us, sign-in and invitation records, the log of who authorised automatic publishing, and, once billing is switched on, the record of payments.
To ask a person for help with either, see support.
